Australian-based software multinational Prophecy International
has scored a hat trick of successful sales in the country's largest
During the past few months, Prophecy, through its Perth-based business
partner MIS, has deployed the world-leading ProphecyOpen financial
solution at three high profile sites in the WA capital.
Fremantle Ports Authority, TVW Channel 9 Telethon Institute of Child
Health Research and the WA Department of Family And Children Services
(FACS) have all implemented the ProphecyOpen Financials, one component
of Prophecy's rapid deployment e-Foundation technology.
MIS General Manager Chris Wallace said these successes were part
of major ramp up in interest in Prophecy's solutions during the
past 12 months. "People are sick and tired of over-priced IT
projects, so they are looking now to best of breed as the best and
most cost effective way to go," he said. "If they have
to move quickly, as the market demands, they can't afford to implement
monolithic enterprise software systems that virtually require re-implementation
with every release."
ASX-listed Prophecy International has its software installed at
more than 850 sites worldwide. It is used by client organisations
ranging from the South Australian Govenrment and ANZ Bank in Australia
to the State of Colorado and National Express, the biggest intercity
coachlines group in the United Kingdom.
